North Carolina Representative Brian Biggs is a Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, serving District 70 (parts of Randolph County) since January 1, 2023 .

 

Biggs was first elected to the North Carolina House in November of 2022. However, Brian served on the Randolph County Board of Education from 2014 to 2022. He served as Vice-Chair for 4 years. 

 

Brian was Elected House Deputy Majority Whip, and serves as Chair on the NC House Appropriations, Education, and Education – K-12 Committees. He also serves as Vice-Chair of the Appropriations Committee, and is a member of the Agriculture and Environment, Health, Transportation, and Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committees. 

 

In his free time Brian enjoys exercise, sports, and spending time with his family and friends.  

 

Brian and his wife Heather live in Trinity, with their two children Austin and Kylie.
